How To Make Thieves Oil Blend
You can easily make your own Thieves oil blend at home!
In a amber glass dropper bottle mix the following together for a strong essential blend.
- 40 drops Clove essential oil
- 35 drops Lemon essential oil
- 20 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil
- 15 drops Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil
- 10 drops Rosemary essential oil
21 WAYS TO USE THIEVES ESSENTIAL OIL
When it comes to using essential oils there are a few things that you need.
- Diffuser- Freshen the air by using. diffuser. We have one in almost every room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen! My favorite diffuser is called the Aria Diffuser it has a beautiful glass dome top.
- Glass Spray Bottles- You can use these to make a cleaning solution with thieves, vinegar and water. You can also make your own air fresheners.
- Roller Bottles- Mixing a blend of essential oils or diluting
- Carrier Oils– Coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil can all be used. To make roller bottles you will need a carrier oil to help fill and dilute.

1. Sore Throat
Mix 1 drop with a tablespoon of water. Gargle and swallow for a sore throat.
2. Headache
Put a drop of Thieves on your thumb and press it to the roof of your mouth for headache.
3. Cold And Flu
Put a few drops of Thieves on the soles of your feet to help protect you from cold and flu.
You can also make a roller bottle with a 10ml roller 20 drops of thieves and fill the rest with a carrier oils such as Jojoba oil.
4. Detoxify Home
Diffuse in your home to clean and purify the air. Add to your mop or steamer to disinfect floors.
5. Soothe Bug Stings & Bites
Apply directly to bug bites and stings to help relieve pain and combat toxin.
6. Insect Repellant
Mix 20 drops Thieves in a 4oz spray bottle to repel insects on your plants and flowers. Shake before each use.
7. Cold Sores
Apply directly with a carrier oil to help heal cold sores.
8. Cold Preventative
If you’re feeling like you may be coming down with something or it’s that time of the year to prevent colds then dink a few drops in your water every 3 hours or everyday.
9. Mood & Focus Booster
Diffuse in home or office to increase focus, concentration and enhance your mood.
10. Carpet Disinfectant
Make a carpet disinfectant by adding a few drops of a 1/2 cup of baking soda and sprinkle on carpet before vacuuming.
11. Acne & Breakouts
Apply a drop on a pimple to help it shrink and disappear.
12. Rash Relief
Relieve itchy rashes by applying a few drops directly on the rash with a carrier oil such as coconut oil. Rub in to relieve pain and itching.
13. Antifungal Treatment
Apply to toe nails and feet to combat foot fungus or mix into a spray bottle and spray down shoes and feet.
14. Sore Joints
Mix with carrier oil and massage into sore joins to help relieve pain.
15. Tooth and Gum Pain
Apply a drop to tooth or gums to get pain relif from tooth aches.
16. Cleaner Dishes
Add a few drops to your dishwasher for cleaner dishes.
17. Clean Clothes
Add a few drops to the bottom of your washing machine before each load for cleaner clothes. You can also add them to wool balls and throw them in the dryer. Or add to your washing machine with white vinegar to clean washing machine.
18. Congestion
Inhale, diffuse or add 1 drop to orange juice to reduce congestion.
19. Chest Tightness
Massage into chest with a carrier oil to reduce chest tightness.
20. Air Freshener
Mix 20 drops in a 2oz spray bottle with 1oz witch hazel. Fill the rest with water for an air freshener to spray into the air or on furniture.
21. Use As A Solvent
Use as a natural solvent to dissolve sticker adhesive.
